WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY

Student Cancellation

If you have signed up for a Creative Voice Workshop, but need to cancel, that is totally fine as long as you let me know 48 hours before your class start time. If cancelling before the 48 hour mark, you can either request a full refund or use the payment as a credit towards a future class. I'm sorry, but no refunds will be honored if cancelling within 48 hours of the class start time. This is because, at this point, art supplies have already been purchased for you and it is a toss up whether or not your space can be filled with such short notice. It's stinky, I know, but it's the way the cookie crumbles. I sincerely thank you for your understanding. Teacher Cancellation or Reschedule

In the event that I need to cancel or reschedule a class, for personal reasons or for issues like inclement weather, you will be notified within 48 hours of the class start time and given the option to take the class on the rescheduled date, choose another class all-together or request a full refund.
